KC, I have a heavy gospel background with a complex vocabulary of tritones, ditones, etc. I am now playing at a church that relies heavily on CCM songs. Traditional complex gospel chords don't work in this scenario, but CCM is really too basic to me. Can you create a video that explores spicing up the basic CCM songs that have the same 6,5,4,1 patterns over and over?

Hmm. I'm a bit confused. I don't feel the root note and the music line (on the Twinkle star example). The chords itself are cool, but they are not lying in the music canvas that we are used to know. Or is it just me? 🤔 Like, shouldn't we always remember the root key while playing? I can't feel the C-major here 🤷‍♂️
