Are the parts the same? One of the purported risks is that we won’t be able to get parts for a Japanese market piano.

Great question. Never will there be an issue getting parts for these pianos. They can be sourced easily in the USA through qualified piano technicians. I would always be glad to refer our obtain psrts for anyone
