On the page that I linked, just scroll down until you find the title: "pianoxforte". The title for this particular song is in english characters so it should be fairly easy to spot. Yes and no, it is in fact the early instrumental later used for the vocaloid song, but this one was made before Meiko even released, soo... Fun fact: Dreaming Leaf has the same: instrumental unrelated to vocaloid, later made popular as a vocaloid song

I'd argue its a good mix of piano based funk, with some rather bluesy type rythyms. Common time funk blues maybe?
