@Nataly Paz alvarez and a senior 17 year old girl did that to my 11 year old freind In school when everyone was downstairs we were hiding from teachers then this girl came lied to us that took us to 5th floor and open his clothes and then she.... He was crying alot she tried to do that to me but I ran She couldn't catch me, we told teachers noone believed us

Martial arts training should be made compulsory for girls in all schools.Including very deadly arts like Taekwondo,karate,kungfu etc

बहुत अच्छी जानकारी ,इस तरह की जानकारी दूरदराज के इलाकों में जाकर बताना चाहिए,स्कूलों में जाकर बताना चाहिए पूरे देश में फैला देना चाहिए,जब चुनाव के समय राजनेता जिस तरह प्रचार करते हैं उसी तरह इसका बहुत ज्यादा प्रचार प्रसार करना चाहिए

Sorry to say in real life scenario, these techniques won't work. There r many flaws to techniques, I suggest u learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or something like krav maga.

Mam, Excellent self techniques are shared. It should be must trained every girl in the schools of all over India for there safety for ongoing incidents occurred in daily life in various places of our country. Government should take initiative and make rules in every school all over India that Martial Art compulsory.

Very nice .It is times need that our girls must be trained properly for self defense. Atleast one week compulsory training program and N.C.C training will reduce incidents of violence against women.

It's statistically highly unlikely. But if it did happen there is no way for a grown man to defend himself against three to four other grown men. A black belt say in BJJ against 4 white belts for example would lose to the four white belts. But its better to be physically fit with regular fitness training than not. Martial arts is also something to consider if you want to put the time into it
