This is absolutely lovely! As a non-builder, how you created the patio roofs/ceilings(?) were chef’s kiss! Along with all other details in this build. Definitely taking notes. 😊 By the way, the google drive link for the CC doesn’t work. Is there any chance you can re-upload??
