I recently went through an awakening with an ego death, preceded by a kundalini awakening. I can tell you, it was not fun at all. I was not able to sleep at all for more than a year and needed a lot of yoga, meditation and being in nature to integrate this. I was not speaking to anyone for a year, totally isolating myself.
