Pick-Axe Loop - Ottawa Valley - on a 850 GS and a CRF 300 Rally

Күн бұрынIn this chapter we will ride the Pick-Axe loop, located in the Scenic Ottawa Valley. Part of “Ride the Highlands”, the Pick -Axe loop is an adventure motorcycle route, with a mixture of pavement and off-road, mainly through gravel back roads. Our entire trip took 4 days from the outskirts of Toronto and back….I rode on my 850GS and Ivan rode on his Honda CRF250 Rally.

Great ride! If I may ask, any 4x4 traffic when off road? Safe driving?

We did not see any on the off road sections, so no deep ruts made by 4x4s 😅 Also, very safe…

Considering buying F850GS (great discounts). How long day trips (in km or miles) you can make comfortably? Great content!

I have gone 400-500 kms easy… very comfortable bike
