Whats up You Fakaz! 🤙🏼
In this video I bought a 94 Trooper from FaceBook Marketplace for 2 Grand. My plans is to build an overland / camping rig to fit our outdoors lifestyle without breaking the bank.. I needed something with lots of room for the fam but also capable of going off road and handling a heavy load ( giggity). So I went with the Isuzu Trooper and cleaned it up.. Then I did an oil change and radiator flush.. I added a roof basket that I had laying around and also a water tank that my friend made for me.. I plan on adding a lot more to it and im excited for more adventures. Hope you guys enjoy the process.. Make sure you stay tuned for Part 2 as I show our entire camping weekend.. Just wanted to clarify something.. The lady I bought the Trooper from had told me she would clean the Vehicle and also update the safety for me if I was willing to come back later .. I told her it was ok bc I didn't want to wait and I just wanted the Trooper asap... I don't mind doing a little cleaning, I actually enjoyed the process.. The lady I bought the Trooper from was super cool... She shared great stories, she had great energy, great vibes and also.. What I thought was dope was... she volunteered for special needs kids and gave me a great perspective on gratitude.. An overall great person that was very busy at the time and im the one who couldnt wait lol... Anyways.. Glad you guys enjoyed this episode I will be showcasing the upgrades , shoots you Fakaz 🤙🏼

HOLY Moly!! This was our trooper! We sold it to our friends in Waialua when we moved to the mainland in 2013 . So stoked to see it still running strong!! We loved it so much, we bought another one on the mainland!! You are the 4th owner of this vehicle. May the adventures continue!! This trooper came from Oregon originally and has made 2 cross country trips across the USA before going to Hawaii...I hope she has a great retirement!! I bet I have old pics somewhere!! No Ways! Wow im trippin out lol. Super cool story to hear. I initially was just looking for a 4x4 to fit the fam for our adventures and came across the Trooper.. After a little google search, KZfaq videos and some Forums I've realized that this was a great underrated off road vehicle.. So I jumped on it and im super glad I did bc its been great so far. Perfect size for the family and this thing will not get stuck! Been loving the Trooper! But ya thanks for sharing your story and I will continue to showcase the Trooper in future videos... And I would love to see the old pics! 🤙🏼

Find one cheap old school beater for just have fun with… no gotta worry, and I like the older cars bc it’s super simple to work on.. not to much crazy electronics and sensors and stuff lol.. but ya man you should definitely get you one old school truck for holoholo that would be sick! So funny she was telling me a story about how her and her husband would go to the lake at night with a black light and look for rocks with crystals in it but they had to be quiet bc it was near houses and how they failed bc they were stoned and couldn't stop laughing 😂 I was like yaaaaa this lady is classic

Troopers are excellent trucks I have one.It is 2002.Only bad thing is that crappy transmission GM 4l30e.I had to rebuild it twice now.

@@RoyceGetit Hope to.Just replace transmission fluid and filter.It is easy and cheap and if you are brave install bigger transmission fluid cooler with fan.You can find instructions on the web.But install together with original cooler in series.Good luck.

I hope you didn't pay much for how dirty they left it. I love my 2001 Trooper. Couple words of advice, change the fluid in the Auto Trans and also put a trans cooler on it. One of the weak spots on these Troopers.
