I totally understand the kitten not being friendly toward the woman at the 1:30 mark because of the way she handled her taking her to the pet hospital. Pinching her neck with her weight dangling down - not nice. Why not hold her properly? She acted like a cat mother who has to do that because she doesn't have arms that are free to hold her young. Also the kitten is in that cage with nothing soft to lie on and no kitten toys to play with. Of course she feels confined and doesn't trust the woman because of those types of things.
