The Peterson Farm Bros are made up of Greg (31), Nathan (28), and Kendal (25) Peterson. So glad you got blessed with the rain. Greg you don't have to explain yourself. Thats a lot if time, money, and sweat put into those crops. It's hard, just remember the lord will provide.

Wow!!! 2-3 inches of rain!! What a blessing! So thankful you got the much needed rain! We feed cattle similar to how you feed. We are looking pretty good in northeast Kansas…very thankful for that! In our last video we were chopping corn silage. We’re Chopping earlage now. We appreciate how you share the good as well as the hard! In our last video we shared how our oldest daughter flipped her ATV on top of her trying to get cattle in. There are a lot of dangers and hard times on the farm…you have to love what you do! Thanks for a great video showing what is going on in your area and your farm it is very interesting to a none farmer like me. All though I grew up on a farm backing the 1950s and watch several farmers mostly in the USA but I live in Toronto Canada.

Your attitude is understandable. We went 2 months on 2/10 of an inch. It's depressing and it wears you down.

Yep It’s all relative. Where I live our average annual rainfall is about 6 inches. I’m glad I’m not a farmer. I love you guys for doing what you do. I don’t have that much faith. Blessings to all of you

I’m so happy to see you got the rain. Whenever I hear there could be rain, I look at the radar to see if your area would get it. We live in Derby, and that last rain that went through missed us, but Wichita got plenty.

We are putting up high moisture corn for the first time for our dairy this year. We haven't started yet. It was a cool spring so the corn is behind.

We are unusually dry in SE England. We have only had a third of an inch since Mid June and only 7 inches this year. We normally expect 28 inches in a year. We won't be planting canola this year (first time ever) because it won't germinate in time to be in good condition for the winter.

We also are in a dry spell and its not looking good at all in whole europe so you quess what the feedprices will do this wintertime, there will be a shortage of dairyproducts for sure, and i understand fully what you mean when it is like this, crops on the field that are all dryed up,cows that are struggle whit the temparture and dont give what they are supposed to give and i am talking about milk because thats my income, but hé keep on farming in the good and the bad times,thanks and greetings from a Dutch dairyfarmer

Premium Feeders at Scandia does the same thing. Only you have to be a BTO to sell to them! Only about 3 outfits haul to them! Screw em !!! AgMark in Concordia does a early harvest, but it has to b 20 percent or less. Gonna do some off dry land.

why do you not cover your silage pile you can put a 02 barrer and a topcover and have very little loss. feed is expensive!

Greg I would bet you one dollar 5 percent of your u tube followers have no idea what the out lay is to see that crop to maturity. Then hope that you have decent price at the elevator
