I adore listening to Ville just talk. His view on things. The way he thinks. I love that he's given a prompt and just left to mull it over his way. I could listen to him talk about anything and everything for hours. This guy fascinates me.

Ive been a die-hard HIM fan for the past 11 years and have seen just about every live show and interview with HIM and I must say this is 1 of the best interviews i've seen with Ville. Very honest, relaxed yet deep. Thank you for uploading. It may be the only interview with him where a interviewer mentions they should be going and Ville said "oh whatever we have time" and Again you have to remind him you need to get going. lol so great.

Being pagan doesn't automatically equal bad, the fact he doesn't believe in God as the church and the Bible present him doesn't make him a bad person, he's obviously spiritual in his own way, and extremely intelligent (& beautiful & fun & sexy :)). As he said, he is trying to find his own meaning of life, and who isn't? I believe in a positive divine force, but not exactly in a man-like being sitting on clouds watching us all who will send me to hell if I don't believe in him.. :) cheers! \m/

That is the best interview I have ever seen ever. Hollywood stars need to take some reality lessons from him. It doesn't matter who you are, what you look like or any of that bullshit for him. If you have something to say thats meaningful Ville WILL listen and have great thoughts to share in return. Some of the things he said I have been waiting YEARS to hear by a person of his "industry standing". This guy is special, and so is HIM's music. Thank you guys

God, I love him. I can just imagine sitting down with him and speaking with him for hours on end, and not getting bored. I got totally lost in that interview, in which I zoned out everything around me, except for what Ville was saying; he just draws you in and makes you feel comfortable. I bet that's how it would feel like for me to speak to him.

This is indeed a great interview. He reminds me of a teacher I once had. In a short period of time, he can tell you so much about so many different things...you almost had to take notes just to remember all the information. Again, bravo on the interview =) ...and Ville does watch TV. He is an avid Simpsons viewer.

I could see Ville speaking all day long He is just fantastic hopefully out there exists someone with that spirit, men used to be very superficial, obviusly he is not perfect but at least he is a real unique and sincere person I think.

Depression is very hard and it can be incredibly hard to get out, but it is the person him or herself that has to do it. No one can do it for them. Living with a person that is depressed must also be very hard, because an action that you do, might be at the start of them getting into a depression. But you as a person also have to still be able to live your life without the fear or guilt.

yeah ville is very clever ,maybe to much clever and he had a good fellings with the interviewer! it's for me one of the best ville interview!

But I must admit, when I had to interview the artist that I personally admire most and who's music means a lot to me in my life, I am still nervous and that nervousness unfortunately does not disappear during the interview because I am am so stressed to want to do a 'perfect' interview that I stay nervous. it's really annoying... ;)

Much of what he's saying rings true with Hinduism/Buddhism. ie life isn't linear, or desires etc. I wonder if he has ever looked into it

Yeah it was great, I love philosophysing about stuff. If it would have been possible, I would have continued talking for hours but there are time restrictions that we have to respect as much as possible.

i think the south park episodes ville was talking about the PETA one, he got that mixed up. it was the NAMBLA one. the PETA one was about stan deciding wether to vote or not and P.diddy threatins him to vote

I know what you mean :) and it's perfectly normal :) I am always very nervous before an interview, but normally, when it starts, I get so caught up in the conversation that I'm not nervous anymore. And Ville is very easy to talk too.

I'm not particularly a HIM fan, but I respect Ville especially in this interview. I mean try making a similar interview for some other rock or other star. Just wouldn't work. Well maybe M.Manson might have some things to say but another thing...
