Pickit supports multiple strategies to increase the possibility of an object being pickable and avoid collisions (multiple pick points, symmetry axes, flexible pick orientation). It increases the success rate of picking parts that are located in challenging places. Other than that, a good design of the gripper is also crucial.

Thanks for your question! The gripper is magnetic, and the magnet is pneumatically activated (compressed air is used to enable/disable the magnet)

@@kkk-qm5li to put it simply, it moves an internal magnet up and down. A few suppliers to mention just for your reference: Magswitch, Goudsmit, IXTUR.
