Hello everyone!
These tangy and crunchy pickles are super easy to make at home! They pair perfectly with shawarma, falafel or even daal chawal!
The turnip pickles are tinted with beet which gives them a beautiful pink colour. These are no cook pickles so all you have to do is cut and let it ferment in brine for a week.
For the mixed pickles, use the vegetables of your choice for a delicious fermented side dish!!
