I am not sure about that since I did this one just for personal use and fun - and the cutouts may be a little too small for the space required - however there is a company that makes kits where you would cut out the whole panel and replace it on both sides (much more room) and they are DOT approved (supposedly) but be sure to do your own research before buying such a kit from anyone.
