If you want to see some scary public service adverts watch the UK public information films done in the 1970's - 1980's as they highlighted the dangers of playing around electricity substations or power lines, playing near open water, road awareness, playing on rail lines, fireworks safety and even playing near open water area's like a river or pond.

Hi here ! Would someone be kind enough to tell me what PSA means ? This channel is absolutely amazing. For me it's like a huge library, where I can walk through wearing a psychodelic pajama, pushing a futuristic plastic cart, tasting new things with a smooth flavour of nostalgia. As a stranger, it's like a window, opened on the intimacy of another culture through time. Every second is new. And every second is strangely familiar. This is really an incredible discovery to me. I'm 51, and i can retrieve feelings from what youth was, through things i've never seen before. It's comfortably disturbing, hypnotic, magical, designed by an absolute normality. Thank you so much ! I just hope my english is good enough.

R.J. Reynolds was responsible for Joe Camel, the most aggressively youth orientated tobacco mascot with the possible exception of the Willie the Penguin used by Brown & Williamson for their Kool brand. And B&W stopped using Willie in 1960, while R.J. Reynolds was still sending out Joe in his sunglasses and leather jacket to sell cigarettes as late as 1997. Also there was and still is a high school in Winston-Salem, NC named after Richard Joshua Reynolds, founder of the R.J.Reynolds company.

Considering that when we were kids, broadcasters were required by law to run public service announcements for a small percentage of their commercial time. Those “PSA’s” were very, very successful. Why can’t Social media, streaming services, online content providers, and satellite radio too, do the same? Why? There is no good excuse. Unless they are commercial and self promotion free, they should be running PSA’s ten percent of the time.

Well Stüssy was started in the 80s and was made for surfers and skaters, and the 90s was prime surfer/sk8r boi time so Stüssy logos were definitely around
