There are already hints in the show (and the comics as well) that Lance and Pidge will be endgame; in the very first episode when everyone was about to go into the wormhole, Pidge places her hand on Lance's shoulder as a sign that she believes in him, every girl Lance hits on Pidge backfires by hitting him or glaring at him (according the Pidge's VA, Bex Taylor-Klaus, she jokingly states in a Tumblr post that "violence is how she shows love"), in S4E3 when Pidge showed Matt her sleeping quarters, on the lower left of the screen she smuggled the Lance garbage buddy and a green and blue space caterpillar from S2E1, in "Space Mall" it's pretty much a spontaneous date for the two as they bought the Mercury Gameflux together, etc etc. Now that Pidge's family is reunited, she may face a new challenge and among them could be her growing feelings for Lance. Perhaps we may get a future episode with Lance and Pidge getting stuck on a deserted planet and one of them gets severely injured and they have to help each other, but idk just my crazy love for Pidgance kicking in. And Lance will have to realized that despite his love for Allura, he can't be with her once the war ends. He will have to return to Earth and he doesn't want Allura to be uncomfortable being in a, an unfamiliar world, and she's and princess so she's gonna have a new kingdom to rebuild, etc. According to the creators, it's stated that the mystery girl is gonna be someone Lance didn't know he needed and it was Pidge the whole time. As a fan of Young Justice, I could compare Pidgance with Spitfire (Artemis x Kid Flash)...since it reminded me so much of them, LOL

Also Lance is still a flirt, but he's getting less of one as the series goes on. But they both seem to respect each other and care for each other on a mutual level.
