it isnt killing her (if not counting the 13 year curse) it just created a habit because she stays in cart titan form longer period than human. Cart titan stays on all fours all day, pieck staying in that form too so she doesnt do basic human activities

It wasn’t. Pieck stayed in her Titan form for days and months and so she didn’t get normal rest and stayed in that four legged position for extended periods. Takes a toll on her.

So, about her tactics. She doesn't just transform and attack. We learned in season 1 that titam transformation needs a clear purpose and the transformation will fulfill that. The transformation IS her attack. She summons the titan body with jaws open right around the nape. And due to the speed of the transformation that makes her attacks the fastest a titan can do.

Because the war ended, pieck got to take rest, she no longer has titan powers(I think), so she is getting more used to being a human instead of walking on all fours, she doesn't need to overclock her brain anymore, so she seems more relaxed.

Before she used to have dark under eye bags, but since the war ended her dark under eyes went away. If you search "Pieck Finger" on google you will see images of her and see very clearly that her eyes always looked very tired.

The hell didn’t she use this ability the multiple times she fought Eren? For that matter, why didn’t she use the ability to quickly re-transform and kill the MOMENT the warhammer titan got her? Is it just ASSUMED that her human body was damaged by that strike so she had to sit there and regenerate? This clip show makes it seem continuous but she spends like 2 whole chapters of the manga hanging off of a fork… instead of finishing what she was originally trying to do and killing Eren. What stopped her from going back to the detonator she defeated that warhammer? Did she seriously abandon the detonator to go save Jean? If she hadn’t, the whole rest of this climax wouldn’t have happened…
