Garages that start to lean at corners like this are a common problem and are relatively easy and cheap to fix. If it's just the corner then you only need 2-3 piers, an engineering report and post leak test would run any where from $1,000 to $2,350 depending on certain variables.

+StFoundationRepair What if it's not in the corner. Mine is cracking from the middle of the house from top to bottom. Brick is breaking thru the middle from top to bottom on both opposite sides of the house. Would you know how much a repair like that would cost? There are repair companies where I live but I have heard some are not trust worthy. Thanks for video.
