Had exactly the same thing; with a friend I felt an urge to say "Jabberwocky!" But didn't cos I thought she'd think I was bonkers. Later she told me she & her late mum had set up a password as a sign that there is life after death. It was 'Jabberwocky Pippy Long Stockings!" That was still pretty darn good that I got the first bit, as I had no idea that my friend & her mum had done anything like that! You must be a psychic medium, Ellie! 🔮

Dianne, I used to get really bad sinuses and I went to see a really fabulous holistic guy who recommended NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine) I take two in the morning and two at night and I never get sinus issues. It's also good for a variety of things, it's a natural product. I only take it when my sinuses flare but a lower dose for maintenance is good! Thought I'd recommend as bad sinuses are misery and this is the only thing I've tried that works and clears it in a day! Amazing stuff.
