It's kinda annoying and distracting from the great skills he obviously posseses and displays. For the less forward people, it would be super awkward. Maybe this is just me, but it makes me uncomfortable, i kinda felt sorry for Carlos on how he dealt with him even though i'm a hardcore Leclerc fanboy. Sure, it's just teasing but he always keeps a straight face like that so it looks like he means it. Also, why did he rip his card in two LOL?

I'm pretty sure the media trained F1 drivers, whom were laughing the entire time, understood the performance aspect of the character.
