Stop bird pro and Seagull Pro is a device that DOES NOT keep pigeons and seagulls away from your balcony, roof or garden. They are a scam company.
Don't waste your money like I did! Hopefully you will see this before you take the plunge in desperation to get rid of your pigeons. This claims to be 100% effective but I can confirm it isn't effective in any way shape or form. They use clever terminology to convince you it will work, but it's all just a complex smoke screen. Reviews on their website www.pigeon-deterrent.co.uk are fake. You cannot leave a review on their website, the widget is fake. True reviews can be found on trustpilot.
I have engaged with the firm and asked for a refund to no avail. They did claim that the units must be faulty after I sent them video evidence of it not working. They initially claimed as I had moved one of the products that the 3 week period started over again. However, I showed them that the product was just moved closer to the target area. The device ended up right next to the pigeons head, without it being the slightest bit bothered.
Under consumer rights they should offer a refund if the product is 'faulty' (as they claimed) within 30 days of receipt. They only offered to replace the items.
As the individual products are under £100 you cannot make a section 75 claim through your credit card provider for blatant misrepresentation. So that leaves me with a chargeback.

Brilliant, that was my aim. Hopefully it will get some traction on the Google search to stop people getting ripped off by them. They run ads in the search and rank very high which means a lot of people are getting caught out 🤬

I have been dealing with pigeons on my property, due to my neighbours having bird feeders. They perch on my roof, on the dividing fence between my house and the neighbours, they foul all over the back of my garden on my patio , along the boundary. I’ve been considering these sound devices, to try and deter them from coming onto my property, but if they don’t work, then what’s the point? Thanks for sharing your experience, I won’t bother wasting my money!!

People DO NOT let them.get away w/stealing ur money. Call ur bank & make a claim, explain why u want to REVERSE THE CHARGES. I bank w/Chase & always WIN. I am honest I take pics or whatever necessary to prove case & therefore I always win & never lose. Hope this helps!

If windows and doors aren’t going on for a while how about blocking the ceiling voids with some chicken wire? Not ideal and would probably take a while to do but would stop them nesting

I did purchase some netting that I could use or I could start putting the insulation in. I have put some odd bits of wood or pir in about half of the voids so far though. I really need to get on with ordering the windows though

Similar problem here! When the pigeons first appeared about six weeks ago, any bang or noise would scare them off, at least temporarily. But now, they are scared of nothing, apparently. Tried a plastic generic 'bird of prey' but they just pooped on its tail. They are very persistent and guess if it's not actually killing them, they just ignore it! Any suggestions? As for ultrasonics, even the very best of human ears cannot hear above 20 kHz and we are likely talking of higher. Demonstrably, the device shown is ineffective so a non-starter for me.

I suppose it depends where the problem is? There was a suggestion on here of a super soaker with cayenne pepper I think 😂 they said that works if you can find that comment 🤷‍♂️ I have a spinning chimney cowl on one of my roofs and I've never seen any pigeons land on it, but I have seen pigeons land on tbe other roof so I'm guessing movement plus reflection seems to work

I'm not sure there is a humane solution. My next option was going to be a gun 😬 fortunately they got fed up with me scaring them away so just ended up moving on. It did help that I was gradually blocking the places they wanted to nest. You should be able to get wire or spikes that would help for your roof

Hi rachel we had this problem under solar pannel. We originally got spike fitted and after 2yrs the pigeons were snapping them as went brittle in sun after time. We have now had galvanised mesh fitted rnd our panels and pigeons have now moved on across the road to neighbours house🙈😂 we been fine for 3yrs now.

Dear I am too annoyed by these Flying Rats I have never seen Notorious Birds like Pigeons ..... These Birds are Hungry Hyenas robbed every Food I give to Sparrows and other Finches and After that they mess every corner of my Terrace wid Poop I have to Clean bcoz the shit causes saviour Lung Disese and Breathing issues that are un-curable, SO TRY THIS IT WORKS - Hang a Big Flying Kite and Colour Should be Black.... when Wind Flows the Kite Shakes and it looks like Big Predator Bird so Pigeons got Scared.

I ended up putting netting up until I got the windows and doors in. I have a silver spinning chimney cowl on top of my soil vent pipe on my lodge and I haven't seen any pigeons land on that roof so I would say the spinning mirror things probably work

Maybe it was an elderly pigeon that is deaf? Or when they said it takes a while to work they mean around six years (average life span of a pigeon 6 years) 🤣 I’ve stopped them sitting on edge of my summerhouse and shitting on the patio with a few screws left proud and fishing line tied between them a few inches higher than the edge, it’s been a week so fingers crossed. Good luck in finding a solution

nice one. Just been quoted £1800 quid to do a clean up of a small area of pigeon mess and on the quotation invoice, they spelt pigeon "pidgeon" lol. How can one work in the "pidgeon" business and still spell pigeon incorrectly? I will clear the crap up myself.

😂 I suppose some people just pay up without any questions. Our local farmer tried gas cannons last year to stop his crops getting obliterated by pigeons, they seemed to work OK. Stopping them land seems to do the trick but I am close to just buying a gun... Unless I get a hawk 😂

Are there any sonic devices you know of out there that actually deter birds then? Or are all of them a complete waste of money? Another thing I have been looking for a repellent for pigeons for some time now I did come across an idea on the net involving a disco ball and a laser pointing at it!

Yeah, they're all a waste of money. The only people that say they work are the ones trying to sell them 😂 My neighbour hangs old cd's above his vegetable patch and that seems to keep birds away. I have a stainless steel spinning chimney cowl on my roof line and I've never seen the pigeons land there. I just closed off the building with netting to begin with and then eventually fitted all of my doors and windows. I think mirror spinners might work based on not seeing any birds land near my chrome spinning chimney cowl on the other building. Couldn't say for sure though 🤷

I'm glad you saved your money. I was going to buy an air gun next! But they've gone now. I think for the number that you have the only way is an air gun or hire someone to do bird of prey pest control. I have no idea how much it would cost to hire someone with a bird though... Maybe see if there is a local falconry club or something?

@@THE-AIDEN-PROJECT Well I have got some of this reflective tape to try out - many say that works... We shall see. Also, a ladder is on order so I can meet them face to face on the roof! Worst case I am going to mix up a potion of cinnamon, peppermint oil and citrus oil and spray them and the roof with it - pigeons have week breathing system apparently, so smells they don't like really hurts them. It's sad how much I know about pigeon psychology and biology after wrestling with the bugger's for so long 😁

I bought one and I just changed the battery and it's audible to Me!!!! Pigeons still flying last it to access the roof above my Juliet Balcony where they have a huge dump as they are returning to the trees across from my flat. Awful 😣

Oh my days I have discovered that these birds are 50% intelligent and 50% daft. I have tried everything to stop them here. But when you have a neighbour who feeds them stale loaves of bread and cakes and throws the stuff onto the garage roof at the end of the garden it really does not help. Love the birds and different types that have visited over the years to the nut feeder in my garden but once the bread feeding begain its really become horrific. Every day I'm washing the shite they leave behind on the footpath etc as they are roosting in my apple tree! Neighbour refuses to see anything wrong in what she is doing. We now have rats visiting and my husky is having a field day over it all. I don't have a stick long enough for the tree branches so have thought about a super soaker next. All the neighbours are fed up too. Their poo is toxic and bad for health too. Not to mention the mites. If they get into a roof crevice or chimney stack to roost then its bigger problems. This place is like the film the birds..... they flock in their droves and know wen its feeding time! I hope i have cooking apples left as they love pecking at them and I've lost tons this year from them let alone the natural windfal ones! Take care Love from London Pigeon gate update is needed !!!!

I've got a rubbish neighbour that feeds pigeons and was getting a flock lined up on my fence I used falcon sounds on my fone from time to time And it's got rid of them bar 2 or 2 Because she still feeds them But they not landing on the fence shitting everywhere.

I bought one before I saw this KZfaq I tried to cancel the order but I received an email 5 days after payment saying that the order has been processed and they would try to get shipping halted needless to say I never heard back and the item arrived. It’s ridiculous they say give it 5 weeks well if it takes five weeks for a pigeon to suddenly decide I don’t like this noise then fanny Addams is my great aunt. I’m going to send it back tracked and go for a refund, I’m not holding my breath. Don’t buy is my advice, rubbish.

I bought the stupid product as well and I had to pressure for over a month regarding a refund. The customer support gave me the hardest time, talking about their product works and the tech will help me out. Requesting I send pictures and so on. I didn't want any help I wanted my refund 😒 DONT BUY THIS STUPID PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.

Yeah I'm all good. I did pack up youtube but I have been debating whether to start again... Maybe in another couple of months time 🤷‍♂️

I bought it, it works brilliantly, you have to put it outside. I had pigeons in my solar panels and you have to hang it near them. Pigeons gone in 4 days never came back.
