I always like to use plain water with bit of glucose. In this case it is important to train your pigeon on water consumption normally if you provide water twice a day with sufficient gap such as giving gape of 8 to 10 hours. like in the morning at 7 and than with feeding time in the evening gives tendency to pigeon to get trained on this duration and in this way pigeon also maintain their water storage. I rather do like I never inject water with syringe. I like to provide water them for 15 minutes in the morning at 6 and than also provide before leaving out for flight. So if anybody wants to drink they can. Than provide little as suggested in the video after landing and than after feeding. It is also helpful if once provided water at 10 in the night before sleeping.
