I worked as a conductor on the railroad for years between 2004-2014. Double stack trains rule the rails now. Very little TOFC except for UPS. They are the hottest trains out there.

Don't know why, but Mr. Harris' exasperated "oh dammit to hell" at 4:46 left me chuckling. Wasn't expecting any profanity, however mild, in a presentation from this period in time when swearing was treated as uncouth and taboo. Guess all the mounting headaches of trying to get the job done were starting to try his patience.

Howdy I've been watching your videos for a long time and I was wondering where can I find copies of these programs on VHS or dvd I've seen a ton of classic vintage railroad films on KZfaq it's nice to look back and reminisce even though I was born in 1991 it makes me feel nostalgic I wish I was born a hundred years ago to experience all these amazing trains if you know where I can find copies of vintage rail films about railroads like the southern the Santa Fe Southern Pacific Rock Island so on and so forth please let me know and thanks for uploading these awesome classic videos about trains and God bless
