Pejushkanti Sarkar..... gets Tagore Right ( know this, he has it in him, naturally, Tagore, flowing through his veins)...... and that is not some easy feat to climb. If I was in his shoes, I would focus on nothing but translating songs of Tagore, and, without any hesitation or any fear or doubt of the qualitative outcome. Just get prolific and churn out one song after another. I'm (an avid fan and big srotaa of Tagore music) giving him the license to shell out whatever songs he pleases to convert in his lifetime. I would also partner with William Radice in sharing materials together through emails, direct meetings and conversations through phone. He would be an excellent catalyst to further promote THE PROJECT. If he continues to go this path (translating music), some day, Rabindranath Tagore will be bigger than Shakespeare ( quote by W. Raddice). It is not the bigness that matters, but the greatness of this super human being that's ever been produced by this old mother earth. Though it (translations) may be small drops in THE bucket, but one can always hope that the bucket will be full someday. ok, i'm done.
