Pike Fishing at Lago D'Iseo in Northern Italy

Күн бұрынContinuing the trip across Northerm Italy, and after a successful fly fishing trip for trout on the Adda Riverm I decided to book a fishing trip with two local guides named Ottavio (@otta_tremo) and Marco (@emme_customrod) to go target the infamous Northern and Italian Pike that are so prominent in this region. Needless to say, we got on some beautiful and excellent fighting fish! Check out the video to see the full adventure!

All 4 were italian pike(esox cisalpinus), the guy told you "look, this is an italian pike!" not because it was any different than the others but because he wanted to highlight the fact that italian pike are very feisty and they fight really hard! After the fight he was like "have you seen that? This is how an italian pike fights like!", that's what he meant. Great video by the way, I live 30 minutes away from this lake and it is not that easy to get 'em!

Glad you liked the video and thanks for watching! Yes I was told there were some hybrid northern/italian pike there as well. Super cool experience and you're blessed to live in such a beautiful area. I had some great guides so without them I definitely wouldn't have done so well😆
