Considering 100 pokos is a years salary. assuming that Hocatate has a 12 month year. 100/12=8.3 which means one bulborb is approximately a weeks salary. meaning if you kill 50 bulborbs Olimar would have made more money in a year in a day and considering bulborbs are the primary enemies in the game that's fairly easy. though this is assuming 100 pokos is an average/decent Salary

This is my favourite game ever

Pre-Pikmin 3, I remember most fans considering Pikmin 2 a perfect sequel. It's better than Pikmin 1, and there's not really much out there in the gaming industry to compare it to. After Pikmin 3, a lot of people considered it the superior game, and have been pointing out flaws or annoyances in Pikmin 2. Its biggest flaw being a "high-risk, low-stakes" attitude where caves are insanely hard but it's ok because it's impossible to lose and you can always recover. Other people defend Pikmin 2, saying that Pikmin 3 is too short and far too easy. Even Ultra-Spicy mode is nothing compared to some of the sublevels Pikmin 2 had to offer. Even after watching this, I still prefer Pikmin 3. But Pikmin 2 is still great! If it wasn't, Pikmin wouldn't be my favorite franchise. So I'm glad this video is embracing its merits.

This video is amazing dude, incredible well produced and nicely scripted. It's easy to tell you genuinely love this game. Thanks for a lot of laugh. To this day i still have PTSD by eletricity and Bulborb Larvas insta killing my pikmins. The sher amount of charm put into the treasures's description, the piklopedie and dungeons being such an enjoyable challenge... everything! One of the most well rounded videogames to this day. PD: i agree, Bulbmin are just the best boys.

Pikmin 2 is undoubtedly the most love it or hate it of the Mainline Pikmin games. And while not my #1 Pikmin game, it’s still a one of a kind blast What I love about Pikmin 2 is that it’s so unabashedly Evil compared to any other Pikmin game. Only this game has the guts to drop Bulbears out of the sky, unleash multiple Gatling groinks on you, lock you in a chamber with dozens of Cannon Bettles, so on and so forth. And yet, despite how not in your favour these odds are, it’s extremely fun to tackle because Pikmin 2 spits in the face of balancing. Not only was it the first Pikmin game to introduce Ultra-Spray (with bitter spray staying in Pikmin 2 land), but you have the Insanely OP purple Pikmin to brutalise 90% of enemies in your wake. They give you pain, so give it back. It’s just as painful as it is cathartic. And the satisfaction of 100% clearing a cave in 1 fell swoop cannot be overstated. Thos game, for how brutal it is, has such a unique and bold appeal that I can’t help but love it.

It's fun, but also unfair at times. The unfairness makes it challenging, and that's why it is my favorite. Also I find it funny when instead of a bomb or boulder falling, it's a random enemy, such as a bulbear, a _walking_ bomb, and a random flying enemy. Favorite cave is subterranean complex, favorite sublevel there is that one _slightly_ explosive sublevel. It's funny every time to me.

Actually bulbmin being converted are being saved all others that remain bulbmin get left in the cave to die of starvation so the bulbmin that got converted are lucky to live on

It’s interesting how I’m pretty sure it’s not even a special type of hocotate carrot it’s just a brand of hocotate carrot as olimar says “pikpik-brand carrots” at one point in the first game. So technically the first creatures discovered on a new planet are named after a brand. If that’s not amazing product placement I don’t know what is!
