Welcome to Mat Pilates with Katie KZfaq channel. Here you will find various Mat Pilates videos from 10 min arms, 10 min butt, some standing classes and some classic Mat Pilates sessions. I have been teaching for 20 years and am Comprehensively certified. My first love is Mat Pilates. I modify the exercises as needed for those clients that can't get on the ground or have some physical impairment.
Pilates is a great way to build strength, flexibility, improve balance and improve breathing. It is non-impact, gentle and easy on the body, but will really get you back in the game of life. Enjoy!
