Hi everyone!
So happy to have you on my channel. Today we are doing a pilates core workout to specifically target the obliques and get that hour glass figure. This will be tough but a lot of fun. Take rest when you need it and keep coming back to this video to continuously work those obliques! I love getting to be apart of your fitness journey. It's so important to find a workout routine that you truly enjoy and look forward to but that also can work around your busy schedule. This workout is perfect for anywhere at anytime. it's QUICK and EFFECTIVE. All you need is 20 min of your day to do something good for your body and soul.
