This video uses a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer. Heavy/light spring cues also provided for other reformer types, e.g. AeroPilates reformer.

I’ve done this one a few times and it is always a sweaty and spicy workout. Great leg and arm work. Can’t believe it is from 2 years ago! It’s been really fun to see you develop your channel.
