Although the Yoga block is not a traditional Pilates prop, it is amazing much it can enhance the Pilates technique; it gives a greater sense of engagement of the pelvic floor and deep core muscles, and creates many interesting options for variations and modifications . We will start with standing positions, and incorporate exercises for challenging balance and stability, before moving to the more classical repertoire. At the end we will also use the block for stretching and releasing tension in the neck and chest

Bravo my dear instructor!! I have never seen or done a pilates class with a yoga block. This was absolutely wonderful! I love all your classes but this has got to be at the very top. Thank you for all your work and excellence in teaching. You are a true treasure.

An absolutely brilliant routine! Had to replace the block with a yoga cushion under the knee, but found it an excellent workout for the entire body and one I will definitely do again. Thank you.

My big ole head couldn't reach the block and I had to use a dog toy as a pillow because I didn't grab one 😂😂😂😂😂 This was great!!! I don't feel so stiff. I've been having a really stiff week 😩🤗❤️
