Hello sir , I have undergone fistula surgery after which I have started to suffer from a tight rectum. There is thickness above dentate line in the rectum in my colonoscopy report. Due to this i am unable to clear out my bowels. Please help sir, what could be done in such a case? Is that thickness a scar tissue? Please save me.
