@@jp7255 This is definitely Metal riffs, it's downtuned to Drop C which is typical for Metal riffs. Just because it doesn't have aggressive double bass blast drumming doesn't mean it's not Metal lol. Metal doesn't always use double bass blast drumming, especially not in the Alternative Metal variant. Afterall Metal is a very vide spectrum (umbrella) of many different Metal genres, many of them are very different, but there is one thing that all Metal variants have in common: a heavy downtuned Metal riff, like in this song. This is typical Alternative Metal, it's obviously not the same as the classic "Heavy Metal" or other "harder" Metal variants, but this is still Metal in the end.

TheNoobTuber117 gives us Athiest a bad name, Im athiest, I love this song simply for it's lyrics, May they be religous or not, the message is still there, philosophy, thinking. A non-religous can very well capt the message despite not being a worshiper. Pillar has always been a band I've greatly respected, And will still for the rest of my life.

@KallenYuzu honestly,i partway agree with you. it does get annoying seeing some things on comments just cuz of this genre or that. im christian of faith there are means and ways of talking to ppl about God. what most hardcore christians dont realize is that bible thumping verses rarely brings nonbelievers to christ. it actually does the Opposite.ppl make christianity as this book of CansNCants and no one likes that. when in actuality its about being openminded and just being a good friend

@Wolfkid27 When Christians stand up for what they believe, they view it as a battle. Their Bible is their sword and shield. Frontline is a song saying "Hell yeah we're taking this fight to the front line of battle." That's how I can best describe it, though I'm sure someone else has a better explanation

@TheNoobTuber117 I don't see why you think that. No, a Christian band does not swear, or any of that, but that's not the point. The point is that they sing about God, the Lord of the universe. On top of that, they sing about Him in the way He deserves, which is what differentiates them from, say, Marilyn Manson. So I say it is very fortunate that they sing Christian music, because that, in the grand scheme of things, that is the only music that matters.
