we are actually having hard time salving this problem. tho we went to barangay...

The staff committed theft. I know you're being nice but asking the staff who stole the money to pay it back will not work. I suggest you take this matter to the Police rather than a barangay. The staff needs to learn a lesson by spending some time in jail.

you and your parents should do co-promotion. When you pack up order for your customer (in bag/or box), you should insert a small flyer menu sheet (best sellers) of your parents resto inside the bag/box along with your flyer of Blooming Angel. That way after customer go home and eat your deserts, they can see flyer of your parents resto and maybe next time it will be on their mind for dining option.

If you will hire staffs Always required NBI clearance, police clearance, if staff goes stealing at lease you have staff documents and file case to Authorities ...🤔
