Each airline (PIA, Airblue, Serene Air) offers its pilot different salaries based on the company policy. Also discussed is the average salary of a flight instructor on a single-engine aircraft in Pakistan.

You should make a video on how to convert foreign licenses to PCAA. I am converting my FAA CPL and FI rating and wasnt able to find any guidance at all. Even the flying academies weren't 100% sure about the process due to the new system which has been implemented.
