I m really thankful that I have choosen @cntaa to do my pilot ground school training under the guidance of @capt.neha Ma'am.The only thing I know is that imagination is everything if i can imagine then it will motivate me to work hard by working hard I will archive it ...

Fr someone who dreams to be a pilot these conversations & sharing of experience & guidance is so valuable fr choosing the correct steps in becoming one without getting lost. CBT learning with animations is the easiest way to crack the otherwise tough CPL ground papers in the very first attempt. A day wud come when Capt Neha wud be awarded fr her contributions in guiding & inspiring numerous to become pilots in a country where there r plenty of engineers & doctors but very less pilots!

1:38 when I said this to my dad I was really upset cuz even my elder sister was joining medicals(doctor) and in such panicking situation I asked my dad and he said *am 200% ok with, if you become pilot* one of the best lines ever heard in my life (Mean while my dad is : Indian bank branch's senior manager )

Hello, I appreciate the way you people doing these podcast and all.....BUT, You people have to bring this very point if you can...apart from training and syllabus bla bla bla, 1) The way Airlines in India Treating a new CPL holder who is desperately waiting for a Job. For example - asking them to pay a huge amount of money for TR while almost all other countries Airlines do hire the talented one and they provide TR while putting them on BOND and, If the that CPL holder managed to pay the amount for TR,the airlines of india making them to wait for years and years without inducting them. 2) Airlines of India apart from Cadet pilot program, bring up this very horrible practice of hiring called FAMILY PROGRAM and giving preference to the family members of the people who are already working for the company...especially for the kids of pilots. Thats one way of making all other talented candidate who have no family member in the company to look stupid. 3) today,100s and 100s lets say may be more 1000 I dont know the exact number of fresh CPL holders who was so eager to apply for the Pilot job when Indian people came to know there 2 new airlines going to come up very soon..one is akasa and Jet airways...these two companies just pissed off all the fresh cpl holders even with TR with out giving a chance and at the same time hiring well experienced pilots who are already working for different companies...now what value is there for the CPL holders here in india they are giving...ZERO. 4) newer its a last...but Last but not least....now a days there are many people coming up with there saying...that they are gonna start new airlines...i can even give examples...One called Aeroking, another one called India one air...these people are calling for pilots and asling them hell lot of money for TR. The fact is they r not even gonna get the approval for starting the airline. Thats for sure... So, these things are the one which you want to share with people...especially to those fresh CPL holders who dont know whats going on inside country with aviation....Thank you !
