Gusto ko lang i-appreciate ang bawat angle ng camera para makuhanan kayo ng magandang capture hindi madali yon Capt....add ganda sa vlog. Thanks for sharing to us your weekly routine. * Kami dito sa bahay we make sure na umiinom kami ng vitamin c at other supplements everyday plus gulay at prutas na din. Iniiwasan na namin kumain ng pork instead beef, fish at seafoods nalang. Kasi mahalaga na malusog tayo lalo na ngayong pandemya. Keep safe both. I love you Capt.&Clare💕🌷🌻
