A big float stop on each end would be my choice as I’m not keen on the current trend of dropping leads and the Olivette will pull free if there is a break off.

very expensive at £3 a pack for about 4-5 olivettes, would probably have to use that many for just one rig

They shouldn’t unless the fish goes through weed or obstructions. They’ll only drop in an emergency.
