You think it has all been done and then comes a figure like Pina, how I wish I could have seen her creating- was she the pioneer of earth and water on stage.? I can't wait too see this tribute by another master of their craft, Wim Wenders. Brava

The quarry Steinbruch Oetelshofen near Wuppertal. All the outdoor scenes are filmed in various parts of Wuppertal, where Pina Bausch' dance theater company was based.
