Pinangat na Isda | Fish Simmered with Tomato and Dried Kamias | Kapampangan Style
Pinangat na Isda is one of the easiest and quick Filipino Fish recipes. It is also considered as Traditional Dishes in Philippines. Healthy and delicious! A must try recipe for fish lovers.
Ingredients:
3 slices of Fish
1 Tomato
Dried Kamias ( 8-10pcs)
Thumb Size Ginger
4 cloves of garlic
1 bulb of onion
Black Pepper
Fish Sauce
Cooking Oil
Green Chili
Procedures:
Alternately arrange all the ingredients (Garlic, Ginger, Onion, Dried Kamias, Tomato and Fish) in a medium pot. Add the fish sauce, cooking oil and water. Top up with green chilis and sprinkle with black pepper powder. Cover the cooking pot and turn on the heat with medium fire for 15 minutes.
