The clackity-clack of the flippers and the roll of the marbles down the field of your game is music to my ears. Truly well-done!

wow ! this is just perfect, better than pinball for children. if you added sound effects, blinking lights, and colorful adhesive picture, it would go beyond perfection

@filmodesto Thanks! It's pure mechanical. The balls are 12 mm like the one you get with geomag or similar magnetic toys. Therefor I scaled the rest of the pinball, so it would match the size of the ball like a real one. The flippers are 45 mm long and the table is angled 6° or 7° - I don't remember - the standard angle according to the wikipedia article... Well I'll see if I can find the time to make a small video about the mechanics and the process...

I recently came into three battery-powered toy pinball machines, and I hope to find a tutorial or two to customize them. They might not have the rustic and tactile appeal of your all-wood design, but I'd be overjoyed if my proposed ideas worked without breaking the games beyond repair.

I really like your HPG. (Homemade Pinball Game) Im assuming its Non-Electric. I like the only black playfied. What size Bearings are you using and how long are your Flippers. How much longer are the Back legs then the front? Hopefully you make another HPG and video for us.

Looks like the ball can get permanently stuck if it lands beneath the upper right flipper. Any plans to fix?

i made a tabletop pinball game, totally from re-purposed parts, except for the playing field, bottom (both from clipboards) and some metal holders. i also used undrilled wood blinds (for venetian blinds),tiny screws from vcr tapes, magnets from motors, toothbrush handles, and other found items. (had trouble w/ the flippers staying in position). yours, is totally awesome! where'd you get your ideas? i just drew some ideas onto paper, and went to work on it. (its very similar to the WMS big chief-found this out after i built it!) later, dude!!
