Pingon 14. This is a French excavator from the 70-ties. Its a odd (as always) construction and has skidsteer and if i remember it correctly you steer with foot pedals.

La pelle pingon est un modèle rustique de pelle mécanique. Elle n'est pas moins bonne qu'une autre, il faut juste savoir s'en servir. A la base, l'objectif était de fabriqué une pelle a usage urbain. Dans cette esprit, la Mecalac qui elle même vient de la pingon, est une pelle a usage urbain/routier. La pingon, a en effet été utilisé a usage routier, notamment pour du curage de fossé/ruisseau. Les meilleurs chauffeurs utilisais ces pelles pour niveler les talus au bord des autoroutes, en montant en haut du talus, et en laissant la belle aller dans la pente en baissant progressivement le tablier, freinant avec le godet. La pingon n'a pas une mauvaise transmission. Elle a souvent été utilisé pour ouvrir des pistes forestières. C'est une excellente pelle mécanique, a condition de savoir s'en servir. Je vois énormément de gens critiqué l'ingénierie Française. Vous ne connaissez même pas 1/4 des marques agricoles et travaux public qui ont exister en France, et vous osez la ramener sur une pelle trop complexe pour vous.... Pitoyable...

I couldn't believe my eyes at how dreadful this thing looked and then it squat down like a nesting bird and I have to say I'm impressed! I would not want to drive it too far though!

I am gordon DAWES or one of them and I have never seen this machine before I have dealt with machines of all sorts and sizes and I have never seen a more dangerous article in my life I would have thought a disaster waiting to happen

Tuolla ei sit kannata mennä alamäkeen tai ylämäkeen :D...mut onhan toi selkeästi suunniteltu yhdessä paikassa tehtävään materiansiirtoon esim jossain tehtaassa
