. A pinhole camera is a simple camera without a lens but with a tiny aperture. When light passes through this tiny aperture, it projects an upside down image of the object being observed through the aperture. In this TACtivity, we will make a pinhole camera using a chart paper, butter paper, and tape to see lovely inverted images.

Can we subtitute OHP sheet with PVC cover sheet and Butter sheet with Parchment Paper??

OHP sheet is optional and only there to give structural support. You can get rid of it or use any transparent sheet. For the screen, the paper has to be translucent, which I think parchment paper is. Tracing paper or paper with oil is also fine

White paper would allow light to leak in (unless it is thick enough); but you can always pain it black and use it.

Colour it black and you can use it. Black is used to prevent outside light from coming in, and preventing internal reflections/diffusion of light.

For the screen you can use any thin paper, eg tracing paper or bond paper. For the casing, a dark/black chart paper / painted paper is required to prevent light from entering

OHP sheet is optional and used to give rigidity to the screen (butter paper). But it serves no other purpose and doesn't affect the performance of the camera. You may skip using it if you don't have it. A thin transparent plastic/acrylic sheet could be a suitable substitute

Do you mean at 0.38, when the arrow markings are wrongly showing the 1 cm end strip, instead of the 5 cm spacing between the markings? Apart from that, I don't know where you saw 6 mm or 6 cm...? At 2.09 the OHP sheet piece required, its dimensions are given as 6.8 cm x 6.8 cm. But I don't know where you saw 6 mm or cm.

Butter paper is any translucent paper, like tracing paper. An OHP sheet is a transparent plastic sheet; it is used here for rigidity of the screen and is optional. It's the plastic sheet that is used for overhead projectors (OHPs)
