Actually, there is a misinterpretation here, PinkyPill's William Afton is excited and satisfied with blood/gore, or at least that's what PinkyPills wants to imply, but she did it in a somewhat strange way What the girl says is "do you want to cut me like a lamb?" It's William's imagination telling her that he wants to torture her. This is not pedophilia guys.
