Pinks is adorable as always. Well done with the recall, I have a 12 year old rescue staffy, I rescued him when he was 1 and he was rescued from a dog fighting ring so he is a dog even now in his old age who is not able to be off his lead, he also has absolutely zero fear of traffic, I live on a main road and he thinks he can take on a double decker. He's my best friend and I don't know what I would have done in lockdown without him, well honestly the last 11 years he has just been my rock. Dogs are just the best ❤❤❤🐶🐶🐶❤

Love that you mentioned putting Pinky back on the lead when you see other dogs on the lead, I walk many reactive and nervous dogs and there are so many irresponsible dog owners that let their dogs run over to say hello without even trying to call them back or apologising when an issue is caused they may be friendly but it’s so stressful for us especially when training. Thank you for being one of the good responsible dog owners ❤️ and for adopting and not shopping of course 😊🐶

Pinky is such a lovely dog! And you lovely parents. My dog immediately joined pink's bark 😂 they bark exactly the same. I do want to say please be careful playing with sticks. I have seen so many dogs have injuries because of them. Stuk in the mouth and body, there very dangerous! Some even died because of it or needed major surgery. Maybe a tennisball or a retriever dummy is a good replacement? To end with a positive note, I really love your content Sophie. The vlogs and sophdoeslife. You often brighten my day!

My dog has one ear up and one down, and angel (my dog lol ) got told that it happens when the cartilage in their ears didn’t become as strong as the one that stays up. That’s why it may go up and down, every so often it’s just the strength it doesn’t hurt them. Angel is a German shepherd cross collie I rescued her too. I’m obsessed with her, she’s now 16 I’ve had her since she was 5 xx

The arm biting is definitely an anxious/nervous habit! (I used to be a dog trainer haha) I had a golden retriever that would flea bite (that’s what we call it in the states) her forelegs all the time because she was anxious. My Alsatian used to do it when he was little as well, it seems to run in high-drive doggos. Also good shout on the treat ball! I use one to feed my dog’s kibble meals :)

Please please please try to stop her chewing and chasing sticks!!! I'm a vet student and I see so many dogs having to come in from stick-related injuries. They are bad for their teeth and gums and they can get them stuck in their jaws and have to have them surgically removed. Rubber sticks/toy sticks are a much safer alternative. It doesn't seem like its been over a year since you got her! She's grown so much and I love her floppy ear 💓💓

Hey girl, just a little tip! You don’t have to do this but it is very helpful to soak the kibble with water a few minutes before you feed your dog. Kibble is such a dry food that it can dehydrate your dog. Soaking it in some water is all around a good thing to do in general just to keep your dog as hydrated as possible. It also helps your dog to not choke on the food. I never used to add water to my dogs food but I started looking into it and found out how much healthier it is for dogs. I’ve noticed our dogs aren’t as thirsty as they used to be now! Just a little tip. I love watching both of your channels ❤️your awesome!!

The food thing is the 1st thing I taught my puppy because I had a 6 month old baby and I didn't want her thinking she could take food off the baby or if the babu put food down that she could eat it so that comes in real handy when you eventually have babies XxX

Hey Soph! So happy to see Pinky is doing so well! Just be careful with her off the lead and not being fully recall trained in areas where there are others members of public. 1. A lot of people don’t appreciate dogs running up to their dogs, even if pinky is the friendliest! And 2. It’s actually illegal to take out an ‘unruly’ dog and a dog who will ignore recall can be classed as this! (I know pretty silly) So the actual dog training enclosed places are a massively good shout! ♥️

My hammy I got him when he was 2 months because the neighbours were gunna surrender him I’m like “like bloody hell you are, we will have him” and he use to dig holes everywhere for a whole year, and before him we had a family dog who our family friends new this guy and they were going to shoot him cause he was a runt and we ended up with him when he was 4 months most beautiful boy he was a border collie and he didn’t like men so whatever these farmers did to him he hated males, he use to take dads clothes of the clothes line and chew them he use to pee in his shoes he use to growl and bark at grown men he was good with all kids but yeah he soon grew out of that when he realised dad wasn’t going to hurt him

I would definitely recommend looking into raw food and the benefits of it if you haven't already. its helped our dogs behaviour, fur and energy levels. The wet food is so bad for them. I would 100% recommend watching some of the Southend Dog Training KZfaq videos and tiktoks, they are great! Raw food is definitely the way to go!
