As an introvert, sometimes being alone is what I really want. Mas okay ako mag-isa minsan. I enjoy the silence of being alone that some extroverts don't understand. Medyo annoying sa akin yung extroverts na pinipilit akong maging bubbly and to talk much in front of people. Torture sa akin yung pinipilit akong makipag-socialize sa ibang tao. I'm not anti-social. I have a lot of friends. And I talk a lot dun sa mga taong comfortable ako. :)

All this time umiiyak lang ako kasi napakahirap na feeling mo lagi kang magisa.... I'm also introverted and I also have anxiety. It's really hard to open up to people especially if you really didn't know them personally.. I also wanted to open up to other people but this fear of judgment will always eats me up and ending up not talking to anyone... So I fully understand KD's situation because it's really hard always feeling alone...

That's why i love ate Samantha because of her genuine and pure heart, I hope na mag karoon ako ng friend na katulad niya na dadamayan ka at tatanungin ka kung okay kalang ba? May maitutulong ba ako? Tama yung sinabi ni sam na maraming nagcommit ng suicide sa boracay nung nag start yung pandemic. Sobrang daming nadepress isa na din ako dun pero thankful ako kay god na hindi niya hinayaan na sumuko. Kaya sa mga nakakaranas ng anxiety and depression just keep on seeking and praying to god and everything will be okay. 🙏 Just keep on fighting. 👌

Not an avid fan of PBB, just a casual viewer. But this time, I really like the housemates and I might actually support them. This season, I am rooting for Sam, not only because kababayan ko siya, but because I see how genuine she is. She's also very friendly and marunong umayon sa sitwasyon. I like her a lot. I hope she remains in the house until the final night. May she receive a lot of love from the outside world.

I remembered during the 1st quarter of pandemic my anxiety was like hurting me so much. I cried with no reason and felt so lonely. i talked thru online with friends but I don't open it to them and I want to open it to my psychiatric sister but I am also shy because I know that she is also dwelling more complicated than what I felt. What I did is always read and listen positive things, exercise, I cry, and pray to Him. Right now, I already open it to my sister all what I felt this past months. It helps also that I write all the things I felt before.

Bihira lang yung mga taong nakakaintindi sa ganyan, kaya guys kung may kakilala man kayo na ganun tulad ni KD please kahit kamustahin niyo lang, malaking bagay na yun sa kanya. #Mentalhealthmatters

Samantha yung kaibigang masarap kasama, kasi magaling makisabay at mabait, sya din yung kaibigan na masasabing mong di plastic.

Samantha's tears are so genuine. She's the only one who poured her heart into the task given to her. TJ wasn't interested with the KD or mental health task, he has his own game plan, he's just there to win, his understanding of mental health is too shallow for the task. It's amazing how Samantha knew his game right away, even identified Jordan as the perfect person to help her, and it's a success, KD is starting to open up again with Jordan around even without Anji, he is moving on. Samantha is a beautiful soul even before PBB, she's known to be very compassionate towards others and she always tries her best to understand. I just don't understand why people would bash a person who genuinely cares. I guess, hurt people, hurt. Comprehend, with an open heart! ❤

I am an introvert too. I prefer being alone and do stuff like craft making, crochet. Some people may find me boring and not enjoying life but for me I am enjoying being at home with my son. When at work naman, mas gusto ko tahimik na environment at nasa cubicle lang ako minsan. Pero sometimes naman sumasali ako sa usapan ng mga ka officemates ko.

I admire samatha, just like my sisters they are there when I was nothing, when I was lost and when I really need help. I was crying while watching samatha appreciating KD’s situation. I remember myself when I struggling. One thing that I realized that I am blessed to have my sisters beside me.

I do feel KD's feelings coz I also acknowledge myself as an introvert but not that so or as they say 'Social Introvert'. I'm so thankful na lng because there are people who makes effort to accompany me and they understood my personality. Mental health should be taken seriously, nagpakamatay ang pinsan ko recently and we have no idea na he was going through something pala. Lagi lang sya nakangiti and we see him as a happy person ever since. Kaya we were so shocked and mahirap tanggapin na wala na sya.
