What is the specific acidity of the water you are using po? Since 18 to 24 hours siya, di ba dapat nag ch-change yung ambient temperature dahil from day to night? do you store it in an insulated box?

Usually after you make it and remove the coffee grounds. Will last up to 2 weeks. As they say. After that the coffee will go bad

If not really particular with how the coffee taste, then it can be grind, steep in water and you have coffee the next day. although flavor might be different each brew. I think specialty coffee is complicated so the right brew and flavors will be consistent every time.

Absolute little to zero knowledge about coffee this two fellas have. Beans probably home roasted full of disinfections and still talking about the importance of the beans and process. Adding "Moka" mix into their coffee & chocolate mix 😂 FFS coffee and chocolate makes Moka , there's no need for "special" Moka mix and extra sprinkle of misinformation to the crowd. And so much more that I'll probably write a novell in the comments
