Assessing stands early helps growers adjust before their next plant in the current season as well as plants for the next growing season. Utilizing drones, agronomists can cover a larger area of a field and get a better idea of stand count overall. Agronomists can take the data from the stand evaluation and create a planting report card for fields and growers. The assessment paired with the report card help growers better understand how planting went and what to expect during harvest.
