Hi this might sound like a stupid question so I appoligise in advance. In the drawing of the pipe runs there is only one line lets take section 5. Is this pipe run 2 x 22mm pipe @ 1.5 meters long or are you saying you only calculate the flow pipe and not the return. the video is very informative thank you

Do you offer a system design service for self builders?

Reza thanks for this. I notice that the total flow rate is taken as the path to the furthest radiator. Why do you not add all the flow rates together from all the radiators? Thanks.

Water always finds the least resistive path to flow through. The furthest radiator circuit will be the highest resistive path and the whole process is to overcome it.

Many thanks for such a straight forward and excellent presentation. Please would say the source or where I can get such a really useful pressure Loss chart from.I've searched the internet but have been unable to find the one you used or anyone similar. Your help would be so very much appreciated. Thanks

If its any help, the chart can be found in The Chartered Institute of Pluming and Heating Engineers (CIPHE) "Domestic HeatingDesign Guide". This book is full of useful information and a must for designing or checking an existing system.
