Yes, just like with all factory pipes one should inspect them carefully before the purchase. For example there are huge differences in sandblasting...

Hey Dominik! Ja, habe auchbeinige Korb-Pfeifen die ich lieber rauche als einige teure! Mir ging es hier aber um diesen speziellen Fall, weil die Kanadische Pfeufe die vorgestellt wurde wirklich einige Mängel im Vergleich zu teureren Pfeifen hat...

In Deutschland gubt es viele Pfeifenmacher die solche 'fantasy' Pfeifen bauen. Um das Geld einer Auenland kann man sich oft schon einen eigene Pfeife bauen lassen 🤔 wennam sich für so ein Modell interessierr sollte man das vlt berücksichtigen... 😉

Good morning Chris great video buddy. What are your thoughts on Molina pipes as I’ve seen one and I’m thinking of buying a churchwarden type. I haven’t got a churchwarden in my collection as yet and have been browsing around and seen a Molina 9mm

Hey X1X! Do you have a chance to see the pipe before purchasing it? In my oppinion Molina offers best value for money and the pipes I saw were all well built. The problem is that many have massive fills! Especially the ones with natural or no finish! If you order online, chose a site that shows the pipe you will get from all sides! If you smoke with 9mm filter be prepared that the filter is lose in the chamber. (Some smokers do prefer it that way so you can see it as a flaw or as a feature) I have a Molina churchwarden that looks really nice but the chamber is rather small.

@@PiperX1X I just looled at those. They look the same size as mine, so rather small bowls. And maybe a bit expensive for a Molina? For that money the shop offers some Chacom churchwardens for example. I would rather go this direction 🤔

@@PiperX1X they also have some Peterson pipes in the same price range. I like the look of the sandblasted Spitfire lectura! Rather cheap, would be interesting how those are built! 🤔

I am not a huge fan of that company either but it came handy for that comparison. Maybe I'll talk about Vauen in general on another video...
