Super cute butter cookies piped into rosettes. Easy to add different flavours and make into different shapes.
Recipe:
125g unsalted butter, soft
75g icing sugar
1 egg
Splash of vanilla
190g ap flour
Pinch of salt
Sprinkles (optional)

The yield changes a little depending on big you pipe the cookies, I made more than 2 dozen with the size I had :)
